Portland Foreside
A place central to the Portland experience since the 1840s. Once home to the city’s largest factory complex where engineers, skilled tradesmen and laborers turned raw pig iron into steam locomotives and ship propulsion systems, today the site is being reimagined for the 21st Century, creating a whole new neighborhood for Portlanders to live, work and recreate.
